Education Management Opposes Caps on District Reserves

Last week, statewide education management groups sent a joint letter to the Legislature to oppose the proposed cap on school districts’ budget reserves. Despite the efforts made by associations such CCSESA, ACSA, CSBA and CASBO, language to implement the limit on budget reserves was included in the education trailer bill.
