CCSESA Submits Response to FCC on E-Rate Reform

On April 7, CCSESA submitted a letter to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in response to their Public Notice and request for feedback on modernizing the E-Rate program. The letter contains recommendations on how to most effectively spend $2 billion in found-funding, and more broadly, how to reform the program to best serve public schools and libraries.
