CCSESA Partners with California Endowment

CCSESA has recently partnered with the California Endowment and the California State Outdoor  Advertising Association to engage in a statewide billboard campaign to promote investments in public education.  Over the next 18 months, the above image, currently on display in the State Capitol, will run in both English and Spanish on 150 billboards throughout California.

The artwork is based on a Sacramento News and Review story on truancy prevention efforts in Kings and Tulare Counties. CCSESA was first contacted about this potential cooperative effort by Tim Bowers, Kings County Superintendent. The CCSESA logo will appear on all billboards at the bottom right hand corner.

The Endowment hopes this campaign will raise awareness on the importance of investing in our education system.  You can find more information on their #DoTheMath campaign by visiting calendow.org. CCSESA is proud to partner with the Endowment on this important effort, and we encourage you to look out for the billboard in your county.
