Fall Federal Advocacy Trip

The 2025 Fall Federal Advocacy Trip to DC will be taking place from Monday, October 27 through Thursday, October 30, 2025. Advocacy topics will be developed by the membership.
For travel planning purposes, October 27 is a travel day. We begin with an orientation on the morning October 28. This will allow for a half-day of orientation and two full days of advocacy meetings. Additional details forthcoming.

The Juvenile Court, Community and Alternative School Administrators of California (JCCASAC) is thrilled to host the 54th Annual State Conference from May 7-9, 2025 at the beautiful Hilton Hotel in Universal City, CA. The 55th annual conference is a time for colleagues to come together to network, share best practices, and to learn from each other and experts in the field.
Educational Leadership Summit

Description:
The Educational Leadership Summit is a two-day convening in Sacramento, CA, to build relationships with legislators and advocate for policies impacting California's students. The Educational Leadership Summit will begin on Monday, March 3, 2025, following the adjournment of our in-person Board of Directors meeting. Our meetings with legislators and state officials will conclude the afternoon of Tuesday, March 4, 2025. Advocacy topics will be developed by the membership. All are welcome to attend the Board meeting prior to the advocacy days. Lunch will be provided both days.
A registration fee of $100.00 will apply to cover event costs, including light breakfasts and lunches.

Regional Workshops for Credentials Professionals

Join us on one of the identified dates to learn from current County Office of Education Credentials experts on topics such as paths to staffing certificated positions and assignment monitoring. You'll have the opportunity to walk through credentialing scenarios with the facilitators, engage in Q&A around credentials topics, and network with other professionals in your field. Please note that the prepared workshop content will be the same across the three dates, and you will want to select the location that works best for you. The cost for this workshop is $50 and lunch will be provided. You will receive a confirmation email and additional details for your location upon registration.
